PEACE IN GLOBAL WAR

 



This video "Meditasi SOUL Reflection" features a live meditation session led by Bunda Arsaningsih. This is the first time SOUL Reflection meditation has been streamed live on TikTok, alongside its usual Wednesday sessions on YouTube and at Soul Centres throughout Indonesia.

Bunda points out that Eid al-Fitr, Nyepi (Balinese New Year), and Easter occur around the same time and highlight their shared spiritual meaning of connecting with the Supreme One [00:02:49 - 00:03:44]. She calls this a Universal Reset. She explains that, regardless of religion, these holidays focus on sacrifice, silence, and renewal. She believes the boundary between the physical and spiritual worlds is thinner now, making this meditation especially powerful for cleansing the soul and the earth.


Soul Reflection Meditation is a unique approach. Bunda explains that it is different from other meditation styles because it focuses on connecting with God through one's Prime Soul (Jiwa Luhur). She says this can be understood in terms of each person's religious beliefs, such as Prophet Muhammad, Jesus, Buddha, or Eyang Semar. The meditation session (25 March 2026) focuses on helping people manage anxiety and fear during the current global situation of war [00:06:03 - 00:08:18]. Bunda explains that even those far from conflict can absorb fear and anger through the media and global energy. She says that ongoing fear weakens the 'Prana' or health aura, which can lead to illness. To prevent this, she encourages building an inner sense of safety (rasa aman), which helps the body heal. Feeling threatened, even by news, can trigger the release of stress hormones and lower immunity. Meditation, she says, helps calm the mind and body by focusing on God's protection, thereby restoring balance.

Bunda teaches that real safety comes from trusting in God and doing good deeds. She says that worrying about the future brings in negative energy, but using positive affirmations like "I am safe, I am abundant" can help create positive results [00:15:02 - 00:20:43]. In the meditation process,  Bunda Arsaningsih includes a guided meditation for the following situations:
  • The meditation helps release personal anxiety, especially about how war affects business, food prices, and personal safety.
  • It also helps clear away anger and resentment picked up from the news and global conflicts.
  • The meditation includes a global prayer for peace. Participants are guided to send Divine light to calm the hearts of world leaders and those in conflict, and to pray for a quick end to the war.
  • Bunda reminds everyone that their shared intention forms a shield of light around the Earth.
  • She asks participants to send cooling energy to the hearts of world leaders. She says, "Willingness for peace isn't enough; we must wash the anger out of their hearts with Divine Light."
  • Affirmation of Safety: Strengthening the belief that being surrounded by God's love is the safest place to be.
  • The meditation ends with a strong personal statement: "I am safe because I am in God's embrace. My destiny is protected by my good deeds, not by global events."


The world talks about wars between nations. For more than two decades, my real struggle was at home. I once believed peace would come only when conflict ended, but I have learned that peace means finding God within the conflict itself. Today, I am choosing to create that peace for myself, even amid chaos.

I may not stop the wars outside (whether they are global conflicts) or the "internal war" of betrayal, but I can choose to be the anchor of peace within them. Following Bunda Arsaningsih's meditation, I find my internal state (rasa aman). It creates peace within me and helps "cool down" the energy around us. Specifically, the internal war is over for me because I have found the peace to settle my bad records. My gratitude to the almighty Allah, I love You.
